Helping small businesses overcome obstacles and thrive are among the services I offer.  I offer groups for young entrepreneurs just starting out.  These groups are designed to help grow the young business so it does not become a statistic of failure.  Failure rates for small businesses are high.  Knowing and practicing a few key points can promote a healthy business environment.

I also offer Meeting Facilitation for organizations, churches, businesses, schools, and corporations. 

Executive coaching is offered on-site and over the telephone.  Part of my executive coaching includes coaching church leaders and their boards and ministry leaders.
