Bean and Goose is a company from Wexford countryside in Ireland. Since 2014 the two sisters Karen and Natalie Keane, using the complex and rich flavours of single origin chocolate paired with flavours and ingredients that reflect and celebrate the Irish seasons.
For the special bar in this Box smoked Oriel Seasalt was enveloped in creamy milk chocolate.
